Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower about 2 minutes and take out of water, save about 1 cup of water it was cooked in.
    In bottom of pan add flour and butter.
    Let brown just a little.
    Add warm water that cauliflower was cooked in.
    Add salt and nutmeg; drop cauliflower back in and steam until tender, about 1 minute.
