Banana-Peanut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size bananas
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. orange juice
    chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Cut bananas in half and slice long ways to make 4 banana slices per banana.
    Thin mayonnaise down with orange juice.
    Thin enough so banana will coat when dipped in.
    After dipping banana, drain in hand strainer.
    Lay coated banana on lettuce and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
