Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat half the sugar with shortening and butter.
    Gradually add milk.
    Continue beating. Add extract and gradually add remaining sugar until the right consistency is reached.
    Will frost 24 cupcakes.
