Old Fashioned Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. butter or Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Work in just enough flour to roll out dough.
    Roll thin; cut with 2-inch cutter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
    Do not overbrown.
    Makes about 5 dozen.
