Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. orange jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 can apricots
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 pt. Cool Whip
    3/4 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water.
    Add 1 cup fruit juice. Add pineapple and apricots to jello.
    Add miniature marshmallows on top of salad.
    Mix 1 cup juice, sugar, cornstarch and eggs; cook over medium to low heat until thick.
    Let cool and add Cool Whip.
    Spread on top of salad and sprinkle with grated cheese.
