Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening and salt together, using pastry blender. Mix until crumbly.
    Mix together egg, vinegar and water.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring to mix.
    Form into ball and refrigerate 30 minutes or so.
    Roll out on floured surface.
