Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    6 Tbsp. cooking oil
    milk
    3 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 large onions, chopped
    5 hot peppers
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients together, except use only enough milk to make a muffin consistency.
    Add 2 cans of creamed corn. Put 1/2 of the mix in baking pan.
    Cook ground beef in small amount of water and drain.
    Layer beef, onion, hot peppers, bell pepper and cheese on top of cornmeal mixture.
    Add the rest of cornmeal mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
