Orange-Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. cherry Jell-O
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Heat cranberry sauce and water until dissolved.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
Gel until partially set.
Add nuts, oranges and sour cream.
Pour in a 2-quart mold and let set in refrigerator.
