Western Beef And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pitted ripe olives
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut olives into large pieces.
    Brown beef in oil.
    Remove beef from pan; add onion, celery, green pepper and rice.
    Cook, stirring, until brown.
    Add tomatoes, water, seasonings, beef and olives; bring to a boil.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole; cover. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
