Derby Cheese Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
1 medium white onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Blend cheese and onion together.
Adding a small amount of mayonnaise will make it smoother. Add in nuts.
Place mixture in spring-form pan.
