Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    1 finely chopped boiled egg
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover; chill. Makes about 5 cups.
