Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. milk
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. shredded processed American cheese
Preparation

Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Wrap in foil and heat in 375\u00b0 oven 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown beef with onion; drain off excess fat.
Stir in sour cream, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat, but to not let boil.
Spread meat mixture over cut surface of bread.
Sprinkle with cheese. Place on baking sheet and return to oven for 5 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
