Cashew Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 can Chinese noodles
    1 c. raw cashews, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients.
    Saute last 3 ingredients until onion is clear.
    Add vegetables to mixture in bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Save part of the noodles to sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
