Sausage Dip(Club Member: Ben Steadman) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
tortilla chips

Preparation

Brown sausage, onion and garlic until very brown.
Pour off grease.
Blend together soft cream cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes until smooth.
Add meat to cream cheese and Ro-Tel mix.
Pour in baking dish; cover and warm in microwave until hot.
Heat tortilla chips in 250\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Absolutely divine!
