Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard (regular or country style)
    6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
Preparation
    Combine cheese, bread crumbs and butter.
    Coat chicken breasts with mustard, then dip into crumb mixture.
    Place breaded chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
