Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, 2 tablespoons catsup and mustard.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add beef, sausage, onion and parsley; mix well.
    Divide mixture into 4 equal parts.
    Pack one meat portion into each of two ungreased loaf pans.
    Place 1/2 of the cheese into each pan; cover each with a second portion of meat mixture, packing over cheese.
