Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. curly macaroni
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. Wesson oil
4 oz. chopped pimento
1 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped green onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 large can chopped ripe olives
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed; drain while hot. Add Accent, seasoned salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix and marinate overnight, then add pimento, green pepper, green onions, celery, olives and mayonnaise. Toss well. Let stand for at least 2 hours before serving. Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
