Curry Pork Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork, cut in strips
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    5 or 6 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can cut green beans, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a roasting pan.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes and carrots are cooked.
