Homemade Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cut together with knives until like peas in size.
Sprinkle ice water gradually, just enough to hold it together and soft enough to roll out.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Sprinkle flour on rolling surface.
Roll thin as you like, turning over once.
Place in pie pan, pressing down around inside.
Cut off excess around edge and crimp with fingers.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
