A Moist And Nutritious Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. one minute oats (raw)
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Chill for 1 hour or more.
    Unmold into a shallow baking pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
