Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    nonstick spray coating
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown beef and onion; drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Spray muffin cups.
    Place a biscuit in each cup (press to cover all of cup). Place 1 tablespoon Monterey Jack cheese in each cup.
    Top with heaping tablespoon of meat.
    Top with 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese.
    Garnish with green onions, olives, mushrooms and green pepper.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
