Super Hot Wings(Deep Frying) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. grease (preferably peanut oil)
    2 lb. chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
    1 small bottle hot sauce
    1/2 stick margarine
    pinch of garlic salt (if desired)
Preparation
    Thaw frozen wings completely and place into basket.
    Pour 1 gallon of grease into 10 1/2-quart pot and bring temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Slowly place basket of wings into grease and cook 8 to 12 minutes.
    Remove; drain wings and pour into bowl.
    Mix hot sauce with melted margarine and garlic salt.
    Pour over wings and serve.
