No Cook Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix powdered sugar and cocoa.
    Add margarine, boiling water and vanilla.
    Beat with mixer on low speed until combined.
    Beat 1 minute on medium speed.
    Cool for 20 minutes or until you can spread.
    Yields enough for the top and sides of 2 (8 or 9-inch) cake layers.
