Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed pinto beans
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, margarine and vanilla.
    Add pinto beans, eggs and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Put into 2 pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
