E-Z Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fairly large frying chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
canned biscuits
Preparation

Clean thoroughly and boil the chicken with salt and pepper. Skin and debone.
Cut in bite size pieces.
Remove 1 cup of chicken broth and combine with 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Using canned biscuits, add to remainder of chicken broth; do not cover.
Add soup after biscuits are done, then add chicken.
Heat until chicken is hot on very low heat.
These are not as good like Mamma used to make, but quick for a working couple.
