Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift together the flour and salt.
    Add shortening; mix until crumbly.
    Add beaten egg and enough cold water to make a stiff dough.
    Add vinegar; mix well and form into 3 balls.
    You may use right away or chill for later use.
    May also be frozen for later use.
    Makes 3 pies.
