Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
pinch of salt
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. pecan pieces
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients, stirring constantly, until soft ball stage (235\u00b0).
Remove from heat.
Add pecans and vanilla.
Stir until thick.
Drop onto foil.
