Mom'S Steak Marinade(Hand Me Down Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    pinch of ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in shallow dish.
    Pierce steak with meat fork and coat both sides with the marinade.
    Allow meat to marinate in the refrigerator for several hours to absorb the most flavor.
    Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
