Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 big potatoes
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion (if desired)
Preparation

Boil potatoes in their skins until tender.
Let cool, then peel off skins and shred potatoes in shredder.
Mix with soft butter, sour cream and shredded Cheddar cheese.
Stir all together with onion.
Put mixture in a long, glass pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
