Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tuna
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. wheat germ
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. wheat flour
    oil
Preparation
    Drain and flake fish.
    Add all ingredients except flour and oil.
    (More wheat germ may be added if mixture is too wet.)
    Form into six 2-inch patties.
    Roll in flour and fry in a small amount oil (approximately 1/2 inch in skillet).
    Drain.
