Hearty Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (15 oz.) frozen potato rounds
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 cans French fried onions
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place potatoes on bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix together beef, broccoli and 1 can onions.
    Spread over potato shell.
    Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cheese and seasonings in small saucepan; heat.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Bake, covered, for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Top with 1 can onions and remaining cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted and onions are brown, approximately 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
