Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crumbs
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan; sprinkle graham cracker crumbs.
    Sieve Ricotta cheese into large bowl.
    Add cream cheese. Beat on high speed.
    Beat in sugar, then eggs.
    Reduce speed. Beat in cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla, then margarine and sour cream.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 70 minutes until firm.
    Turn oven off; let cake stand in oven for 2 hours. Remove and chill.
    Remove sides of pan.
    Makes 12 servings.
