Barbecue Spareribs(Yields 5 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. spareribs (country style)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
-
Parboil spareribs in salted water for 45 minutes.
Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Dip cooked ribs in sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over all ribs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
