Honey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    1 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    chopped nuts (optional)
    powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
    Add oil, honey and sour cream.
    Beat well.
    Sift and add:
    flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and allspice.
    Add vanilla.
    Grease and flour 2 small loaf pans or 8 small margarine tins.
    Fill 2/3 full. Place on cookie sheet if using small tins.
    Bake on middle rack at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
