Go To Church Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion, sliced
6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. undiluted evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Arrange hamburger, onion and potatoes in layers, seasoning to taste.
Add soup and milk.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, or bake for 2 hours at 250\u00b0, until potatoes are tender.
Cover with cheese the last 15 minutes, if desired.
