Oven Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    4 slices thin, cooked lean ham
    4 slices reduced-fat, Swiss cheese
    1 egg white
    1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 8-inch square baking dish (1 1/2-quart) with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place chicken breast halves between 2 pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper.
    Working from center, gently pound with rolling pin or flat side of meat mallet until approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread each breast with 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
    Top each with ham and cheese slices.
    Roll up, tucking ends inside.
