Sweet And Sour Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 (4.5 oz.) jars Green Giant whole mushrooms, drained reserving liquid
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine sugar and vinegar.
    Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
    Remove from heat; add oil, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 cup reserved mushroom liquid. Pour into blender container; blend at medium speed until smooth. Add mushrooms and onion rings.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
    Before serving, drain off marinade.
    Reserve. Serve mushrooms with toothpicks.
