Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
