Chili Relleno Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. half and half
    1/3 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can tomato sauce
    3 (4 oz.) cans green chili peppers
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 bottle green taco sauce mix
Preparation
    Beat half and half with eggs, add flour and mix.
    Split chilies and rinse out seeds.
    Mix grated cheese, saving half. Alternate layers of chilies, cheese and egg mixture in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix tomato sauce and taco sauce and pour over.
    Add remaining cheese and bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
