Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 stick oleo
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation

Cook carrots; beat with mixer or food processor with other ingredients.
Bake in greased casserole at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook for 45 minutes.
