Upside-Down Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecan pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 German chocolate cake mix
Preparation

Spray bottom of 10 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick spray. Put coconut and pecans in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix by directions on box.
Pour cake mixture over pecans and coconut.
In large bowl, mix confectioners sugar, butter and cream cheese until blended well, then drop mixture throughout cake by large spoonfuls.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done in center.
