Parsley Parm Poultry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. skinless boneless breast of chicken
1 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
Preparation

Tenderize chicken breasts until thin and wide, taking care not to tear or puncture.
When finished, lay out cutlets and place a pat of butter in the center of each one.
Next, put a teaspoon of Parmesan on the butter, then add a piece of parsley.
Wrap chicken from corner to corner as if into a ball.
Flour each piece and cook on a low flame on each side in a pan.
If desired, garnish with Hollandaise sauce and parsley.
