Chicken Casserole With Chinese Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/3 to 1/2 c. broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, broth and salt and pepper. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes; pour into casserole.
    Top with noodles. Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
