Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    cocoa to taste
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    canned milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts or more
Preparation
    Melt butter; add cocoa to taste.
    Add sugar a little at a time.
    Add canned milk to spreading consistency.
    Add nuts and vanilla.
