Double Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled, sliced baking apples (about 2 lb. prior to peeling)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell top and bottom crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place sliced apples in large bowl. Sprinkle flour over apples and stir gently until slices are evenly coated.
    In small saucepan, combine apple juice concentrate, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir until smooth.
    Place over medium heat and stir constantly until thickened.
    Pour apple juice mixture over apples, mixing gently until apples are coated.
