Ham And Dijon Pastry Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen ready-to-bake puff pastry sheets
    1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese with chives and onion
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 slices smoked cooked ham, chopped
    1/3 c. red pepper, diced
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    On lightly-floured surface, roll puff pastry into two 12 x 13-inch rectangles.
    Cut each rectangle into twelve 3-inch squares.
    Place pastry squares, with pastry corners pointing up, in cups of medium size muffin pan.
