Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. butter
    9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Slowly add boiling water.
    Cook in a double boiler until mixture is thick.
    Separate eggs and beat yolks slightly.
    Slowly add hot mixture to egg yolks.
    Add juice and grated rind and butter. Continue cooking and stirring until mixture is thick.
    Cool.
    Pour into a cool baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and brown.
