Baked Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork sausage links
1 onion, sliced
1 c. brown sugar
2 apples, unpeeled, cored and sliced
Preparation

Put sausage in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread onions on top and then apples.
Pack brown sugar over top.
Bake uncovered at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
Remove most of apples and onion.
Drain liquid and serve.
Serves 4.
