Blue Crab Suzy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
1 qt. jar chunky Ragu
1 c. water
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 lb. blue crab meat (claw)
dash of garlic salt
Preparation
-
Saute
in olive oil, onion and green pepper until onion is transparent.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add Ragu sauce and 1
cup of water.\tBring to boil, stirring well.
Reduce heat. Add
crab meat
and drained mushrooms.
Mix well.
Bring to a simmer and add dash of garlic salt.
