Company Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sour cream
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon peel
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salt water until tender.
    Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, stirring to blend.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serves 6.
